Malaga and Andalucia

The southern region of Andalucía is steeped in history. It was under the rule of the Moors for many years who dubbed it Al-Andalus, and their influence can be seen throughout the region.

Malaga itself is a pleasant cosmopolitan city with attractions such as the Alcazaba fortress, Thyssen- Bornemisza museum and Picasso Museum. Your base is Malaga’s seaside suburb of Pedregalejo. This is an ideal location within easy walking distance to the language school, the beach and just 3 miles from Malaga city centre.

The medieval cities of Cordoba, Ronda and Granada are all close enough to visit in a day trip.
